The wine cellar
The old cellars with their stone vaults have been carefully restored and contain a valuable collection of wines, with hundreds of local, regional, national and international labels. The area spans three floors, two of which are underground, allowing better preservation of the most prestigious wines and the best vintages.
The lower room is reserved for red wines and often hosts short wine tasting courses and sessions led by expert sommeliers.
Breakfast of Delights
The Villa Cimbrone gives maximum attention to our guests’ breakfast, immediately felt through the colors, fragrances and inviting variety of food.
Our Chef and his master pastry cooks use the best quality local products to make your breakfast: fresh bread and other baked goods, yogurt, pies, eggs, fresh fruit marmalades and more, plus a variety of fresh fruit from the Villa Cimbrone’s private biological garden. Local cheese, salami and sausages are also part of the morning’s rich buffet. A choice of teas –black, herbal, infusions, loose leaf and bags- and coffees, as well as a variety of milk possibilities such as soia, rice, and cow’s milk are available, along with hot chocolate and Prosecco.
